SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Proposal Opening for Hauling of Recyclables & Solid Waste

                        Nov. 5, 2014

                        Courthouse, Waupaca

Chair Sorensen called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m.

Present:           Gene Sorensen, Roger Holman, and Dale Marth (Advanced Disposal).

Sorensen gave the open meeting statement.

Motion by Holman, seconded by Sorensen to approve the agenda.  Motion carried.

Sorensen stated the purpose of the meeting was to open proposals for hauling of recyclables and solid waste.

Holman opened and read proposals from Harter’s Fox Valley Disposal, Graichen Sanitation, and Advanced Disposal.        

Holman stated they would review the proposals for completeness and bring a recommendation to the Solid Waste Management Board at their next meeting on Monday, November 10 at 3:30 p.m.

Motion by Holman, seconded by Sorensen to adjourn.  Motion carried.
