SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT BOARD

MEETING MINUTES

August 19, 2014

                                                                                                                                    Courthouse, Waupaca

Chair Sorensen called the meeting to order at 8:15 a.m.

Present:           Joyce Boyer, Nancy Koeppen, Joe McClone, Carl Kietzmann, Gene Sorensen,                                           Ken Van Dyke, and Fred Zaug (Jeff Dyer and Maryann Snider were excused)

Also Present:   Roger Holman

Chair Sorensen gave the open meeting statement.

Motion by Zaug, seconded by Boyer to approve the agenda.  Motion carried.

There was no action on the August 11, 2014 minutes.

Sorensen opened the meeting for public comment.  There was none.

There was no correspondence for Board action.

There was no report or action on the 2015 budget.

The next meeting was set for September 8, 2014 at 3:30 p.m. at the Courthouse.

Motion by Zaug, seconded by Van Dyke to go into Closed Session Pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes 19.85(1)(c) for the purposes of consideration of annual department head performance evaluation.

Roll call vote with Boyer, Koeppen, McClone, Kietzmann, Sorensen, Van Dyke and Zaug all voting yes.

CLOSED SESSION

Sorensen called the Closed Session to order.

Motion by Zaug, seconded by Boyer to adjourn.  Motion carried with Boyer, Koeppen, McClone, Kietzmann, Sorensen, Van Dyke and Zaug all voting yes.

Meeting adjourned at 8:45 a.m.
