SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Bid Opening for Compactor & Receiver Boxes

August 4, 2014

                                Courthouse, Waupaca

Chair Sorensen called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m.

Present:  Gene Sorensen, Roger Holman, and John Francis.

Sorensen gave the open meeting statement.

Motion by Francis, seconded by Sorensen to approve the agenda.  Motion carried.

Sorensen stated the purpose of the meeting was to open bids for a compactor & receiver boxes.

Holman opened and read the following bids:

Holman stated they would review the bids for completeness and bring a recommendation to the Solid Waste Management Board at their next meeting on Monday, August 11 at 3:30 p.m.

Motion by Francis, seconded by Sorensen to adjourn.  Motion carried.
