BID COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Bid Opening for Loader

                        June 5, 2013

                        Courthouse, Waupaca

Chair Sorensen called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m.

Present:           Bryon Hansen (Roland Machinery), Steve Gall (Swiderski Equipment), Gene Sorensen, Roger Holman, and Pat Bruneau.

Sorensen gave the open meeting statement.

Motion by Holman, seconded by Bruneau to approve the agenda.  Motion carried.

Sorensen stated the purpose of the meeting was to open bids for a loader.

Holman opened and read the following bids:

Holman stated they would review the bids for completeness and bring a recommendation to the Solid Waste Management Board at their next meeting on Monday, June 10 at 3:30 p.m.

Motion by Holman, seconded by Bruneau to adjourn.  Motion carried.
