Public Comment.  None.

2nd Floor Lobby – Dept. of Health & Human Services – Chuck Price.  Carry over until next month.

Loading Dock Safety – Clerk Robbins.  Clerk Robbins explained that at the Safety Directors meeting this was a topic of discussion.  There are logistical issues with the safety of the area, someone could hurt themselves and not be found for quite awhile, someone could be “hijacked” so to speak, there should always be two people at the loading dock and Finance Department should not be responsible for the loading dock, this should be a Maintenance Department’s duty.  Leighton Trice agreed and had the committee do a walkthrough of the loading dock area.  It was the consensus of the committee that the Maintenance Director would have his department handle the loading dock area.  Finance would page, e-mail or call and have them come to the loading dock to take care of deliveries.  Leighton will work this out with the Finance Department.

Maintenance Updates – Leighton Trice, Maintenance Director.

Courthouse Water Pressure.  The water valve part has been installed and it has made a huge difference.  Leighton showed the committee the area this is located in.

Coffee Machine/Vending Machines.  County Clerk’s office doesn’t know why we are in charge of the vending machines, not a really big issue; our office will continue to handle the complaints for now.

Adjourn.  Motion:  Supr. Boyer moved and Supr. Spierings seconded the motion to adjourn the meeting at 10:20 a.m.  Motion carried without a negative vote.

Mary A. Robbins
