WCI Upgrade – Gene Ruppert, Celeste Leider, and Chuck Price gave a Powerpoint presentation on the security system needs and remodeling needs at WCI.  Because WCI works with food products, there needs to be security measures in place to prevent the tampering of the food.  There are presently 2 loading locks but with the volume of shipments, WCI is requesting another loading dock.  WCI would like to move the main office to the lunchroom area so there would be a better view of the front door and the company store to the present main office area.  Total cost of the remodeling and security upgrades would be approximately $77,000 with the proceeds coming from the recent sale of the group homes.  The project would need to go out for an RFP.  Motion:  Supr. Boyer moved and Supr. Johnson seconded the motion to approve the security and remodeling project at WCI provided the funds are in the DHHS budget from the sale of the group homes.  The motion carried without a negative vote.
