JOINT MEETING, WAUPACA COUNTY PLANNING & ZONING COMITTEE AND LEGISLATIVE, JUDICIAL, ETHICS, SAFETY & SECURITY COMMITTEE MEETING

MINUTES – MAY 21, 2013

Chm. Penney called the meeting to order at 8:27 a.m. with the following members present:  Planning and Zoning Committee:  John Penney, Dennis Kussmann, Robert Ellis, Terence Murphy and DuWayne Federwitz, all present.  LJES&S Committee: Dennis Kussmann, Terence Murphy, Mary Kay Poehlman, Dave Neumann and Dona Gabert, all present.     

D. Kussmann moved and R. Ellis seconded the motion to accept the agenda as presented.  The motion was carried.

RESOLUTIONS:

Ø Resolution Establishing Public Participation Procedures to Amend the Waupaca County Comprehensive Plan.

Ø Resolution to Recommend Adoption of an Amendment to Waupaca County Comprehensive Plan.

D. Kussmann moved and R. Ellis seconded the motion to have both of the Committees sign both of the resolutions to go to the County Board for their approval at today’s County Board meeting.  The motion was carried.

D. Kussmann moved and R. Ellis seconded the motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:33 a.m.  The motion was carried.
