WAUPACA COUNTY PLANNING & ZONING COMMITTEE MEETING

MINUTES – MAY 15, 2012

Chm. Penney called the meeting to order at 8:47 a.m. with the following members present:  D. Federwitz,  D. Kussmann, R. Ellis, T. Murphy and J. Penney, all present.   

D. Kussmann moved and R. Ellis seconded the motion to accept the agenda as presented.  The motion was carried.

ELECTION OF COMMITTEE OFFICERS:

D. Kussmann moved and R. Ellis seconded the motion to appoint John Penney as Chairman of the Planning & Zoning Committee.  All members were in favor and the motion carried unanimously.

R. Ellis moved and J. Penney seconded the motion to appoint Dennis Kussmann as Vice-Chairman of the Planning & Zoning Committee.  All members were in favor and the motion carried unanimously.

D. Federwitz moved and D. Kussmann seconded the motion to appoint Robert Ellis as Secretary of the Planning & Zoning Committee.  All members were in favor and the motion carried unanimously.

The next regularly scheduled Planning & Zoning Committee meeting has been set for Friday, May 18, 2012 and after that date the next meeting will be Thursday, May 31, 2012.

D. Kussmann moved and R. Ellis seconded the motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:49 a.m.  The motion was carried. 

The Committee adjourned.
