COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Proposal Opening – Shop Roof

June 25, 2012

Courthouse, Waupaca

Chair McClone called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m.

Present:           Joe McClone, Roger Holman, and John Francis.

McClone gave the open meeting statement.

Motion by Holman, seconded by Francis to approve the agenda.  Motion carried.

McClone stated the purpose of the meeting was to open the proposals for the new shop roof.

Holman opened and read aloud the following proposals:

Holman stated the proposals would be reviewed for completeness and a recommendation given to the Parks Committee at their meeting on Thursday, June 28.

Motion by Francis, seconded by Holman to adjourn.  Motion carried.
