President Phair called the meeting to order at 3:36 p.m.

Present:         Pat Phair, Jim Simpson, Clyde Tellock, Roger Holman, Jim Hlaban, Jay Sturm, Ben Durfee, Joe McClone.  

Minutes of May 23, 2012 meeting approved.

Agenda approved.

Correspondence:

Holman shared his experience in attending the “Farmland Forward” celebration of the success of the P.A.C.E. program. WCNRF was a Platinum sponsor ($1000) of the event that appealed to a statewide audience.

Treasurer’s report:

Tellock presented his report, with extended discussion on the Conservation Easement Program. Report dated 8/31/12 was approved as presented.

Finance Committee:

No updates

Project Committee:

Simpson gave an update on the Clintonville Trails group which essentially dormant. Simpson is working to get it up and running again.

Public Relations Committee:

No updates.

Project Updates

Holman distributed a summary of the officers and when terms end. This for consideration in advance of the next meeting which will be our annual meeting , with election of officers.

Also discussed the tri-fold brochure on the Foundation. Holman will tweak it a bit and is looking for photos to be sent to him.

Wednesday October 31 at 3:30 at Waupaca County Courthouse.
