President Phair called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m.

Present:           Pat Phair, Dan Sambs, Jim Hlaban, Joe McClone, Larry Dieck, Jay Sturm, Linda Kassera, and Roger Holman  

Motion by Dieck, seconded by Hlaban to approve the agenda.  Motion carried.

Motion by Hlaban, seconded by Dieck to approve the minutes of March 27, 2013 with the addition of Dan Sambs as present.  Motion carried.

There was no correspondence for Board action.

Holman handed out and reviewed the Treasurer’s report prepared by Clyde Tellock.

Motion by Kassera, seconded by Sambs to approve the Treasurer’s report.  Motion carried.

There were no Committee reports.

Holman updated the Board on the trail work occurring in Manawa, Clintonville, and Waupaca.  Holman reported on the fund raising efforts being carried out by the Waupaca Parks Friends group.

The next meeting is the Annual Meeting and was set for Oct. 16

Motion by Kassera, seconded by Dieck to adjourn.  Motion carried.
