Chr. Kussmann called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. and gave the open meeting statement.

Roll call:  Dennis Kussmann, Mary Kay Poehlman, Dave Neumann, Dona Gabert and Terry Murphy--excused.  A quorum was established.  Others present:   Mary Robbins, Jeff Siewert.

Agenda:  Motion:  Supr. Poehlman moved and Supr. Gabert seconded the motion to approve the agenda.  The motion was carried without a negative vote.

Minutes of previous meeting – February 12, 2014. Motion:  Supr. Gabert moved and Supr. Neumann seconded the motion to approve the minutes of the previous meeting.  The motion was carried without a negative vote.

Public Comment – No comments.

Resolution – Outdoor Recreation Aids.  Roger Holman explained the resolution.  Motion:  Supr. Poehlman moved and Supr. Gabert seconded the motion to approve the yearly resolution for the Director of Environmental Management Roger Holman to apply for and manage Outdoor Recreation Aids.  The motion carried without a negative vote.

Adjourn.  Motion:  Supr. Poehlman moved and Supr. Gabert seconded the motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:40 a.m.  Chr. Kussmann declared the meeting adjourned.
