Chr. Kussmann called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. and gave the open meeting statement.

Roll call:  Dennis Kussmann, Mary Kay Poehlman, Dave Neumann, Dona Gabert and Terry Murphy.  A quorum was established.  Others present:   

Agenda:  Motion:  Supr. Gabert and Supr. Poehlman seconded the motion to approve the agenda.  The motion was carried without a negative vote.

Minutes of previous meeting – January 21, 2014. Motion:  Supr. Poehlman moved and Supr. T. Murphy seconded the motion to approve the minutes of the previous meeting.  The motion was carried without a negative vote.

Public Comment – No comments.

Reports:

Terrie Tews-Liebe sent a written report from her office and this is attached to the minutes in the Clerk’s office.

Corp Counsel Jeff Siewert distributed his monthly report and said that things are running smoothly.

Interim Judge Branch 2 Keith Steckbauer stopped by to introduce himself as the appointed Circuit Court Branch 2 Judge.

General Code of Ordinances Ch. 10, specifically Ch. 10.08 and 10.09, regulating Restaurants, Hotels, Motels and Tourist Rooming House, Bed and Breakfast Establishments, Vending of food Facilities, Public Swimming Pools.  Public Health Sanitarian Jed Wohlt explained that the changes to these chapters is mostly language upgrades, the current terminology.  Motion:  Supr. T. Murphy moved and Supr. Neumann seconded the motion to forward these amendments as presented by the Public Health Sanitarian to the full county board.  The motion carried without a negative vote.

Adjourn.  Motion:  Supr. Poehlman moved and Supr. Gabert seconded the motion to adjourn the meeting at 2:04 p.m.  Chr. Kussmann declared the meeting adjourned.
