Chr. Kussmann called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. and gave the open meeting statement.

Roll call:  Dennis Kussmann, Mary Kay Poehlman, Dave Neumann, Dona Gabert and Terry Murphy.  A quorum was established.  Others present:   Planning & Zoning Administrator Ryan Brown, Caledonia Town Chair Paula Pagel, County Treasurer Clyde Tellock, and Mary Robbins.

Agenda:  Motion:  Supr. Gabert and Supr. Neumann seconded the motion to approve the agenda.  The motion was carried without a negative vote.

Minutes of previous meeting – December 11, 2013. Motion:  Supr. Poehlman moved and Supr. T. Murphy seconded the motion to approve the minutes of the previous meeting.  The motion was carried without a negative vote.

Public Comment – No comments.

Town of Caledonia, Vacate Subdivision Plat, Woodland Hills II.    This subdivision was taken as tax deed property; there is a farmer that is currently farming the land.  It is zoned Rural Residential and agriculture is a conditional use.  Vacating an established subdivision in order for the county to be able to sell this property for farming was discussed.  However, it is connected to the first subdivision, which does have lots sold for residential; the Town would have to review their Comprehensive Plan.

Motion:  Supr. T. Murphy moved and Supr. Poehlman seconded the motion to hold off on this decision until evaluated further and refer this back to the Planning and Zoning Committee to make the final determination.  The motion carried without a negative vote.

Adjourn.  Motion:  Supr. Neumann moved and Supr. T. Murphy seconded the motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:40 a.m.  Chr. Kussmann declared the meeting adjourned.
