JOINT MEETING, WAUPACA COUNTY PLANNING & ZONING COMITTEE AND LEGISLATIVE, JUDICIAL, ETHICS, SAFETY & SECURITY COMMITTEE MEETING

MINUTES – SEPTEMBER 17, 2013

Chm. Penney called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. with the following members present:  Planning and Zoning Committee:  John Penney, Dennis Kussmann, Robert Ellis, Terence Murphy and DuWayne Federwitz, all present.  LJES&S Committee: Dennis Kussmann, Terence Murphy, Mary Kay Poehlman and Dona Gabert.  Dave Neumann, excused.

D. Kussmann moved and D. Federwitz seconded the motion to accept the agenda as presented.  The motion was carried.

RESOLUTION:

Ø Resolution Establishing a Moratorium on permitting of Non-Metallic Mining activities in Waupaca County.

D. Kussmann moved and T. Murphy seconded the motion to have both of the Committees approve and sign the resolution and recommend it to go to the County Board for their approval at today’s County Board meeting.  The motion was carried.

D. Federwitz moved and R. Ellis seconded the motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:38 a.m.  The motion was carried. 

The Committees adjourned.
