Chr. Kussmann called the meeting to order at 8:55 a.m. and gave the open meeting statement.

Roll call:  Dennis Kussmann, Mary Kay Poehlman, Dave Neumann, Martin Mares, and Terry Murphy were present.  All members present.  Others present:  Corporation Counsel Jeff Siewert, Emergency Management Director Andy Carlin and County Clerk Mary Robbins.

Agenda:  Supr. Neumann moved and Supr. Poehlman seconded the motion to approve the agenda.  The motion was carried without a negative vote.

Election of Officers. 

Nominations for Committee Chair.  Supr. Murphy moved and Supr. Poehlman seconded the motion to nominate Dennis Kussmann as Chair.  Nominations were called three times, no further nominations a unanimous ballot was cast for Dennis Kussmann.

Nominations for Vice Chair.  Supr. Mares moved and Supr. Poehlman seconded the motion to nominate Terry Murphy as Vice Chair. Nominations were called three times, no further nominations received a unanimous ballot was cast for Terry Murphy.

Adjourn.  Motion:  Supr. Mares moved and Supr. Neumann seconded the motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:57 a.m.  Meeting adjourned.
