Waupaca County Land Information Council

Friday, March 28th, 2014

Location: Courthouse, Lower Level Room 43                     

Members present: Jim Loughrin, Mike Mazemke, Clyde Tellock, Donna Andraschko and Joe Glodowski.

Members absent: Andy Carlin, Robert Ellis, Terry Murphy, Faye Wilson, Ian Grasshoff

Others present:  None

Jim Loughrin called the meeting to order at 10:08 AM and read the open meetings statement.

Review and accept Agenda

A motion was made by Mike Mazemke and seconded by Joe Glodowski to approve the agenda.  Motion carried without a negative vote.

Approve minutes

A motion was made by Mike Mazemke and seconded by Joe Glodowski to approve the previous minutes.  Motion carried without a negative vote.

Vendor Selection – T. Caledonia 2014 GPS Contract

A motion was made by Mike Mazemke and seconded by Donna Andraschko to accept the bid of $31,800.00 from Central Staking for the T. Caledonia 2014 GPS contract.  Motion carried without a negative vote.  A motion was made by Mike Mazemke and seconded by Donna Andraschko to contract with Central Staking to complete GPS survey control for the south ½ of the Town of Bear Creek.  Motion carried.

Public Comment

Mike Mazemke and the group expressed their gratitude to Jim Loughrin for his service to the Waupaca County Board of Supervisors and the Land Information Office.

Adjournment. A motion was made by Mike Mazemke and seconded by Joe Glodowski to adjourn at 10:25 am. Motion carried without a negative vote.
