Location: Courthouse, Lower Level 43                         

Members present: James Loughrin, Ian Grasshoff, Clyde Tellock, Joe Glodowski, Faye Wilson, Mike Mazemke

Members absent: Robert Ellis, Terry Murphy, Andy Carlin

James Loughrin called the meeting to order at 10:05 AM and read the open meetings statement.

Review and accept Agenda

A motion was made by Mike Mazemke and seconded by Joe Glodowski to approve the agenda.  Motion carried.

Approve minutes

A motion was made by Clyde Tellock and seconded by Faye Wilson to approve the previous minutes.  Motion carried.

Vendor Selection – 2013 GPS RFP, Town of Larrabee

Joe Glodowski explained the RFP selection process.  He stated that the three firms with the lowest bid amounts were brought in for individual interviews on March 21, 2013.  Based on the bid amounts, the following firms were interviewed; Central Staking Inc ($29,500), Riverside Land Surveying ($32,110), and R.W. Nordin and Associates ($29,958.25).  Joe Glodowski stated that all three firms interviewed well.  He stated that each firm was equally qualified to complete the GPS project.  Based on these facts, the bid amount was used to make the selection.  A motion was made by Faye Wilson to select Central Staking, Inc to complete the 2013 Town of Larrabee GPS project at the cost of $29,500 and seconded by Clyde Tellock.  Motion carried.

Adjournment. A motion was made by Mike Mazemke and seconded by Faye Wilson to adjourn at 10:30 am. Motion carried.
