LAKEVIEW MANOR COMMITTEE MEETING

MINUTES

4/30/14

1. Chairman Barrington called the meeting to order at 10:30 AM in the Lakeview Manor Conference Room.

2. Roll call Supervisors Barrington, Handrich, Sorensen, Johnson, Carrie Baxter-Crist Resident Services Coordinator, Melissa Drews Administrator and Melissa Goke Business Office Manager.  Supervisor Penney excused.

3. Motion to amend minutes to read Disbursements for March ’14 made by Sorensen Seconded by Johnson, Motion carried.

4. Motion to approve minutes of 4/11/14 made by Supervisor Handrich and seconded by Supervisor Barrington.  Motion carried.

5. Public Comments:  None

6. Melissa Drews Administrator gave report to include following:

a. Current census at Lakeview Manor  39

i. Medicaid             21

ii. Medicare/Insurance       4

iii. Private Pay         8

iv. Family Care         6

v. Hospice                0

7. Report on outstanding grievances.   No outstanding grievances

8. Committee heard from Melissa Goke regarding Financials and Disbursements for March’14.  Motion by Supervisor Sorensen to approve reports seconded by Supervisor Johnson.  Motion carried.

9. Moved by Supervisor Johnson, Seconded by Supervisor Handrich to Adjourn at 11:15 AM.  Motion Carried

10. Next meeting May 29^th, 2014 at 9:00 AM.
