LAKEVIEW MANOR COMMITTEE MEETING

MINUTES

11/18/13

1. Chairman Barrington called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM in the Lakeview Manor Conference Room.

2. Roll call Supervisors Barrington, Johnson, Penney, Sorensen and Mares also present Melissa Goke Business Office Manager and, Carrie Baxter-Crist Resident Services Coordinator. 

3. Supervisor Sorensen moved to accept the agenda as written seconded by Supervisor Mares.  Motion carried.

4. Motion to approve minutes of 11/5/13 made by Supervisor Penney and seconded by Supervisor Johnson.  Motion carried.

5. Public Comments:  None

6. Carrie Baxter-Crist Resident Services Coordinator gave report to include following:

a. Current census at Lakeview Manor  38

i. Medicaid             23

ii. Medicare/Insurance       4

iii. Private Pay         9

iv. Family Care         2

v. Hospice                0

7. Report on outstanding grievances.   None at present

8. The Committee heard from Melissa Goke, Business Office Manager, regarding Financials, Receipts and Disbursements for Oc tober ’13.  Motion made to approve reports by Supervisor Johnson, seconded by Supervisor Sorensen.  Motion carried.

9. Moved by Supervisor Sorensen, seconded by Supervisor Penney to adjourn at 9:55 AM.  Motion carried.

10. Next meeting December 16^th.
