LAKEVIEW MANOR COMMITTEE MEETING

MINUTES

8/26/13

1. Vice Chair Sorensen called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM in the Lakeview Manor Conference Room.

2. Roll call Supervisors Johnson, Mares and Penney also present Melissa Goke Business Office Manager and Melissa Drews Nursing Home Administrator.  Chairman Barrington was excused.

3. Moved by Supervisor Penney seconded by Supervisor Mares to accept the agenda as written.  Motion carried.

4. Motion to approve minutes of 8/12/13 made by Supervisor Mares and seconded by Supervisor Johnson.  Motion carried.

5. Melissa Drews Nursing Home Administrator gave report to include following:

a. Current census at Lakeview Manor  35

i. Medicaid         24

ii. Medicare/Insurance   2

iii. Private Pay      7

iv. Family Care     2

v. Hospice           0

6. Report on outstanding grievances.   None at present

7. The Committee heard from Melissa Goke, Business Office Manager regarding Financials and Disbursements  for July ’13.  Motion to approve made by Supervisor Johnson, Second by Supervisor Mares.  Motion Carried.

8. The Committee reviewed prepared 2014 budget.  Motion to approve  by Supervisor Penney seconded by Supervisor Johnson.  Motion Carried

9. The Committee heard from Administrator Melissa Drews regarding annual report to full County Board

10. Moved by Supervisor Mares,  Seconded by Supervisor Penney to Adjourn at 10:00 AM.  Motion Carried

11. Next meeting will be scheduled.
