LAKEVIEW MANOR COMMITTEE MEETING

MINUTES

5/20/13

1. Chairman Barrington called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM in the Lakeview Manor Conference Room.

2. Roll call Supervisors Barrington, Johnson, Sorensen, Mares and Penney also present are Melissa Goke Business Office Manager and Melissa Drews Nursing Home Administrator.  

3. Moved by Supervisor Mares seconded by Supervisor Penney to accept the agenda as written.  Motion carried.

4. Moved by Supervisor Sorensen, seconded by Supervisor Johnson to approve the minutes of 4/22/13.  Motion carried.

5. Melissa Drews Nursing Home Administrator gave report to include following:

a. Current census at Lakeview Manor  38

i. Medicaid         25

ii. Medicare/Insurance   0

iii. Private Pay      7

iv. Family Care     5

v. Hospice           1

6. Report on outstanding grievances.   None at present

7. The Committee reviewed Disbursements and Financials for April ’13.  Motioned by Supervisor Johnson, Second by Supervisor Mares.  Motion carried.

8. The Committee reviewed the updated demographic information regarding feasibility for CBRF.

9. Motion by Supervisor Johnson, second by Supervisor Sorensen to approve $5,000.00 for financial assessment for CBRF.  Motion carried.

10. Next meeting will be June 24th at 9:00 am in the Lakeview Manor Conference Room.

11. Moved by Supervisor Penney, seconded by Supervisor Mares to adjourn meeting at 9:55 AM.  Motion carried.
