LAKEVIEW MANOR COMMITTEE MEETING

MINUTES

1/28/13

1. Vice-Chairman Sorensen called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM in the Lakeview Manor Conference Room.

2. Roll call Supervisors Johnson, Sorensen, Penney also present are Carrie Baxter-Crist, Resident Services Manager and Melissa Drews Nursing Home Administrator.  Supervisor Barrington and Mares were absent.

3. Moved by Supervisor Johnson seconded by Supervisor Penney to accept the agenda as written.  Motion carried.

4. Moved by Supervisor Penney, seconded by Supervisor Johnson to approve minutes 12/17/12.  Motion carried.

5. Melissa Drews Nursing Home Administrator gave report to include following:

a. Current census at Lakeview Manor  44

i. Medicaid         25

ii. Medicare/Insurance   5

iii. Private Pay      8

iv. Family Care     4

v. Hospice           1

6. Report on outstanding grievances.   Have not heard of grievance progress for termination for falsifying time cards

7. The Committee reviewed Disbursements and Financials for December ’12 and Financials for November 2012.  Motion by Supr. Johnson seconded by Supr. Penney to approve reports.  Motion carried.

8. The Committee toured the completed Therapy Expansion space.

9. Next meeting will be February  25^th  at 9:00 am in the Lakeview Manor Conference Room.

10. Moved by Supervisor Johnson, seconded by Supervisor Penney to adjourn meeting at 10:00 AM.  Motion carried.
