LAKEVIEW MANOR COMMITTEE MEETING

MINUTES

11/26/12

1. Chairman Barrington called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM in the Lakeview Manor Conference Room.

2. Roll call Supervisors Barrington, Johnson, Sorensen, also present are Melissa Goke, Business Office Manager and Melissa Drews Nursing Home Administrator.

3. Moved by Supervisor Sorensen seconded by Supervisor Johnson to accept the agenda as written.  Motion carried.

4. Moved by Supervisor Johnson, seconded by Supervisor Sorensen to approve minutes 10/22/12.  Motion carried.

5. Melissa Drews Nursing Home Administrator gave report to include following:

a. Current census at Lakeview Manor  41

i. Medicaid         26

ii. Medicare/Insurance   1

iii. Private Pay      8

iv. Family Care     4

v. Hospice           1

6. Report on outstanding grievances.   1 Grievance heard by County Board.  2 grievances filed.

7. The Committee reviewed Receipts and Disbursements for October ’12 and Financials.  Motion by Supr. Johnson seconded by Supr. Sorensen to approve reports.  Motion carried.

8. Committee heard from Tonya Boutwell, Director of Nurses regarding “Person Centered Care” challenges as it relates to nursing schedules.

9. Committee toured new Therapy Room to see finished product

10. Next meeting will be December 17^th   at 9:00 am in the Lakeview Manor Conference Room

11. Moved by Supervisor Sorensen, seconded by Supervisor Johnson to adjourn meeting at 10:55 AM.  Motion carried.
