LAKEVIEW MANOR COMMITTEE MEETING

MINUTES

2/22/2012

1. Vice-Chairman Sorensen called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM in the Lakeview Manor Conference Room.

2. Roll call Supervisors Johnson, Sorensen, Mares, Brown, Mary Pullmann, Melissa Goke, Business Office Manager, and Melissa Drews Nursing Home Administrator.

3. Moved by Supervisor Brown, seconded by Supervisor Mares to accept agenda as written. Motion carried.

4. Moved by Supervisor Johnson, seconded by Supervisor Brown to approve minutes of 1/25/12. Motion carried.

5. Melissa Drews Nursing Home Administrator gave Administrator report to include following:

a. Current census at Lakeview Manor 46

i. Medicaid 32

ii. Medicare/Insurance 4

iii. Private Pay 5

iv. Family Care 4

v. Hospice 1

6. Report on outstanding grievances. 0

7. The Committee heard from Melissa Goke regarding the January ‘12 financials.

8. The Committee reviewed Receipts and Disbursements for January ‘12. Motion by Supr. Johnson seconded by Supr. Mares to approve reports. Motion carried.

9. Melissa Drews reported Evercare Health Insurance will potentially provide a Nurse Practitioner for their members in the facility to prevent transfers to hospital.

10. The Committees’ next meeting will be on March 28, 2012.

11. Moved by Supervisor Johnson, seconded by Supervisor Mares to adjourn meeting at 9:40 AM.
