LAKEVIEW MANOR COMMITTEE MEETING

MINUTES

1/25/2012

1. Vice-Chairman Sorensen called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM in the Lakeview Manor Conference Room. 

2. Roll call Supervisors Johnson, Sorensen, Mares, Brown, Melissa Goke, Business Office Manager, Cindy Preuss Director of Nursing present.

3. Moved by Supervisor Brown, seconded by Supervisor Mares to accept agenda as written.  Motion carried.

4. Moved by Supervisor Johnson, seconded by Supervisor Brown to approve minutes of 12/28/11. Motion carried.

5. Melissa Goke Business Office Manager gave Administrator report to include following:

a. Current census at Lakeview Manor  43

i. Medicaid         33

ii. Medicare/Insurance   1

iii. Private Pay      5

iv. Family Care     4

v. Hospice           0

6. Report on outstanding grievances.    0

7. The Committee heard from Melissa Goke regarding the December ‘11 financials. 

8. The Committee reviewed Receipts and Disbursements for December ‘11.  Motion by Supr. Mares seconded by Supr. Johnson to approve reports.  Motion carried.

9. The Committees’ next meeting will be on February 22^nd, 2012. 

10. Moved by Supervisor Johnson, seconded by Supervisor Mares to adjourn meeting at 9:27 AM.
