WAUPACA COUNTY HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE

January 16, 2015

The Waupaca County HR Committee met jointly with the Highway Committee in the conference room at the Waupaca County Highway Office at 9:00 a.m.  

The meeting was called to order and the open meeting statement given.  Roll Call: County Board Chair Koeppen, Supervisor Murphy, Supervisor Federwitz, Highway Committee Chair Flease, Supervisor Aasen, Supervisor Jonely, Supervisor McClone, and Supervisor Much all present.  HR Committee Chair Barrington excused.

CLOSED SESSION

MOTION: Supervisor Much moved and Supervisor McClone seconded the motion to go into Closed Session pursuant to WI State Statutes 19.85 (1) (c) (f) for the preliminary consideration of individual employee compensation information.  Roll Call Vote: County Board Chair Koeppen, aye; Supervisor Murphy, aye; Supervisor Federwitz, aye; Highway Committee Chair Flease, aye; Supervisor Aasen, aye; Supervisor Jonely, aye; Supervisor McClone, aye; Supervisor Much, aye. 

MOTION:   Supervisor Jonely moved and Supervisor McClone seconded the motion to adjourn the meeting in Closed Session.  Roll Call Vote:   County Board Chair Koeppen, aye; Supervisor Murphy, aye; Supervisor Federwitz, aye; Highway Committee Chair Flease, aye; Supervisor Aasen, aye; Supervisor Jonely, aye; Supervisor McClone, aye; Supervisor Much, aye.  10:55 a.m.
