WAUPACA COUNTY HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE

October 30, 2012

The Waupaca County HR Committee met in the Waupaca County Courthouse immediately following the County Board Meeting in room 1037.  Chair Gary Barrington called the meeting to order at 11:30 a.m. and gave the open meeting statement.  Roll Call: Chair Gary Barrington, County Board Chair Dick Koeppen, Supervisor Gerald Murphy, and Supervisor DuWayne Federwitz all present.  

OPEN SESSION

MOTION:   Supervisor Murphy moved and County Board Chair Koeppen seconded the motion to approve the agenda.  Motion carried without a negative vote.

MOTION:  Supervisor Federwitz moved and County Board Chair Koeppen seconded the motion to go into closed session pursuant to WI State Statutes 19.85 (1) (c) (g) for the purposes of consideration of collective bargaining strategy and conferring with legal counsel.  Roll call vote: Roll Call: Chair Barrington, aye; County Board Chair Koeppen, aye; Supervisor Murphy, aye; Supervisor Federwitz, aye.

CLOSED SESSION

MOTION:  Supervisor Murphy moved and County Board Chair Koeppen seconded the motion to adjourn in closed session.  Roll call vote: Roll Call: Chair Barrington, aye; County Board Chair Koeppen, aye; Supervisor Murphy, aye; Supervisor Federwitz, aye.  12:10 p.m.
