WAUPACA COUNTY PLANNING & ZONING COMMITTEE

The Waupaca County HR Committee met jointly with the Waupaca County Planning & Zoning Committee in the Waupaca County Courthouse at 9:00 a.m. in meeting room 1068.  Planning and Zoning Committee Chair Jack Penney called the meeting to order and gave the open meeting statement.  Roll Call: Planning and Zoning Committee Chair Penney, HR Committee Chair Barrington, County Board Chair Dick Koeppen, Supervisor G. Murphy, Supervisor Federwitz, Supervisor Kussman, Supervisor T. Murphy, Supervisor Ellis present.  Also present Finance & HR Committee Chair Loughrin.

OPEN SESSION

MOTION:   Supervisor Barrington moved and Supervisor T. Murphy seconded the motion to approve the agenda.  Motion carried without a negative vote.

MOTION:  Supervisor Kussman moved and Supervisor G. Murphy seconded the motion to go into closed session pursuant to WI State Statutes 19.85 (1) (c) for the purposes of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction, Zoning Administration.  Roll call vote: Chair Barrington, aye; County Board Chair Koeppen, aye; Supervisor G. Murphy, aye; Chair Penney, aye; Supervisor Kussman, aye; Supervisor, T. Murphy, aye; Supervisor Federwitz, aye; and Supervisor Ellis, aye.

CLOSED SESSION

MOTION:  Supervisor Kussman moved and Supervisor Barrington seconded the motion to adjourn in closed session.  Roll call vote: Chair Barrington, aye; County Board Chair Koeppen, aye; Supervisor G. Murphy, aye; Chair Penney, aye; Supervisor Kussman, aye; Supervisor, T. Murphy, aye; Supervisor Federwitz, aye; and Supervisor Ellis, aye. 10:30 a.m.
