Chairman Flease called the special meeting of the Waupaca County Highway Committee to order at 9 a.m. at the Waupaca Highway Office.
Members present – Chairman Flease and Supervisors Jonely, McClone and Much. Supervisor Aasen was excused.
Also present Dean Steingraber Commissioner, Kris Carlin Accountant/Office Manager, Mike Krueger Shop/Facility Superintendant, Mark Korth Shop Parts Receiving Foreman, Foreman Steve Lawrence, Todd Niemuth, and Bob Steenbock, and Al Kriesel Temporary Assigned Foreman.
MOTION Much/McClone to go into Closed Session Pursuant to WI State Statues 19.85 (1)( c ) for the purpose of considering the compensation of highway foreman over which the government body has jurisdiction or exercise responsibility. Passed, voice vote. Roll call: Flease, Jonely, McClone, and Much.
MOTION Jonely/McCLone to adjourn at 11:30 a.m. in closed session. Roll call: Flease, Jonely, McClone and Much.
