October 17, 2014 Highway Committee Meeting
Chairman Flease called the meeting of the Waupaca County Highway Committee to order at 9 a.m. in the Waupaca County Highway office.
Members present – Chairman Flease, Supervisors Jonely, Much, and Aasen. Supervisor McClone was excused.
Also present – Jill Lodewegen, Administrative Assistant, Dean Steingraber, Highway Commissioner.
Chairman Flease presented the open meeting statement.
MOTION Jonely/Aasen to approve the minutes of the October 3, 2014 regular Committee Meeting. Passed, voice vote.
MOTION Aasen/Much to approve the October 17, 2014 meeting agenda of the Highway Committee. Passed, voice vote.
The Committee members reviewed one (1) bill batch dated 10/9/14. MOTION Jonely/Much to approve the bill batches as presented. Passed, voice vote.
Mr. Steingraber distributed the Commissioner’s Report which included:
· Calendar dates that involve the Committee
· Department projects
· Financial Reports
Mr. Steingraber recommended that the committee approve the CTH I (CTH Y and Paape Road Intersections) Design/Right of Way project payment for the following parcels for $4,800, noting two with existing Right of Way only.

MOTION Much/Aasen to approve the CTH I (CTH Y and Paape Road Intersections) Design/Right of Way project payment for the above parcels for $4,800. Passed, voice vote.
Mr. Steingraber stated the Town of Little Wolf has returned a three (3) year service agreement for 2015, 2016, 2017 in the amount of $47,000 per year. MOTION Jonely/Aasen to accept the Town of Little Wolf’s three (3) year service agreement in the amount of $47,000 per year. Passed, voice vote.
MOTION Aasen/Much to adjourn at 11:10 a.m. Passed, voice vote.
