Chairman Flease called the special meeting of the Waupaca County Highway Committee to order at 6:30 p.m. at the Waupaca Highway Shop.
Members present – Chairman Flease and Supervisors Jonely.
Also present were Town of Caledonia Supervisor Gordon Koehler; Town of Dayton Chair Chris Klein; Town of Iola Supervisor Tony Ciewski; Town of Lind Chair Lance Penney, Supervisor Steve Gall, and Clerk Colleen McCoy; Town of Mukwa Supervisor Lee Shaw; Town of Royalton Chair Duane Bork, Supervisors Marylin Ebert and Alvin Thiel; Town of St. Lawrence Supervisor Lowall Oppor; Town of Waupaca Chair Mike Orr, Supervisors Gaylord Hansen, and Mary Trice; Town of Weyauwega Supervisors Jim Biddison and Bill MalloVillage of Ogdensburg Trustee Terry Johnson and Mr. Harold Clumpner; Village of Scandinavia Trustee Tony Hawke and Trustee Mike Hayes; City of Waupaca Public Works Director John Edlebeck; Waupaca County Highway Committee Supervisor Don Peterson, Waupaca County Highway Foreman Joe Flinn and Steve Lawrence.
Mr. Penney, Mr. Flinn and Mr. Lawrence thanked the representatives for coming and for their work and cooperation with the Waupaca County Highway Department. They discussed bridge inspections, permits, signs, Local Road Improvement Plan program, snowplowing and 2013 projects.
A question and answer period followed.
The meeting adjourned at 7 p.m. Lunch was served after the adjournment.
