September 27, 2013 Highway Committee Meeting

Chairman Flease called the special meeting of the Waupaca County Highway Committee to order at 8:30 a.m. in the Waupaca County Highway Department office building.

Members present –Chairman Flease, Supervisors Aasen, Jonely and Peterson. Supervisor Mares was excused.

Also present was Highway Commissioner Dean Steingraber.

Chairman Flease presented the open meeting statement. The Committee then began the county road tour.

They reviewed:

• Future Waupaca County Highway Facility on CTH “A”
• Review STH 110 in Weyauwega
• CTH “F” (E. Alfred ST.) Reconstruction project scheduled for 2014
• CTH “F” (Weyauwega to Gill’s Landing) Paving project scheduled for 2015
• STH 110 (Weyauwega to STH 54)
• CTH “N” (Union St.) Reconstruction project
• CTH “B” (Euclid to Rail Road) Reconstruction project scheduled for 2014.
• Collier Pit
• CTH “T” Reconstruction project
• Town Union proposed sand mine site
• CTH “O” proposed haul route for sand mine

They returned to the Waupaca office at 1:00 p.m. and adjourned.
