Waupaca County Finance and Human Resource Committee

Minutes – February 16, 2015

 

Vice Chr. Barrington called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. and gave the opening meeting statement. 

 

Roll Call:  Chr. Federwitz-excused, Suprs. Barrington, Craig, Flease, G. Murphy, Penney, Neumann and Co. Bd. Chr. Koeppen, all members present.  Others present:  Dennis Kussmann, Chair Legislative, Judicial, Safety & Security Committee and Amanda Welch, HR Director

 

Review and Approve Agenda.  Motion:  Co. Bd. Chr. Koeppen moved and Supr. G. Murphy seconded the motion to approve the agenda as amended. The motion carried without a negative vote.

 

Motion to go into closed session pursuant to Wis. State Stats. 19.85(1)(c) for interviews for the position of Waupaca County Corporation Counsel Supr. Murphy moved and Supr. Neumann seconded the motion.  Roll call vote:  Suprs. Barrington-yes, Craig-yes, Flease-yes, G. Murphy-yes, Penney-yes, Neumann-yes and Co. Bd. Chr. Koeppen-yes. Unanimous. Supr. Federwitz excused

 

Motion to adjourn in closed session.   Supr. Craig moved and Supr. Flease seconded the motion to adjourn the meeting in closed session at 1:25 p.m.  Roll call vote: Federwitz-yes, Suprs. Barrington-yes, Craig-yes, Flease-yes, G. Murphy-yes, Penney-yes, Neumann-yes and Co. Bd. Chr. Koeppen-yes. Unanimous.
