WAUPACA COUNTY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Minutes September 11, 2014

 

Committee met in Room 1068 of the Waupaca County Courthouse at 1:30 p.m.  

 

County Board Chair Dick Koeppen called the meeting to order and gave the open meeting statement.  Roll Call: County Board Chair Dick Koeppen, Suprs. Barrington, Federwitz, Flease, Johnson, Jonely, Kietzmann, Kussmann, McClone, G. Murphy, T. Murphy, Penney, Sorensen and Craig, all members present.

 

OPEN SESSION

 

Review and Approve Agenda.  Motion:  Supr. Craig moved and Supr. Federwitz seconded the motion to approve the agenda.  Motion was carried without a negative vote.

 

Motion:  Supr. Kussmann moved and Supr. Sorensen seconded the motion to go into closed session as follows:

 

  1. CLOSED SESSION – Pursuant to WI State Statutes 19.85 (1) (c) “Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.”

1. Employee Performance Evaluation and potential employment action

 

MOTION:   Supervisor Kussmann moved and Supervisor Jonely seconded the motion to adjourn in Closed Session.  Roll Call Vote: County Board Chair Dick Koeppen-yes, Suprs. Barrington-yes, Federwitz-yes, Flease-yes, Johnson-yes, Jonely-yes, Kietzmann-yes, Kussmann-yes, McClone-yes, G. Murphy-yes, T. Murphy-yes, Penney-yes, Sorensen-yes and Craig-yes.  Committee adjourned at 1:50 p.m.
