MEETING MINUTES

Sept. 3, 2014

Courthouse, Waupaca

Chair Federwitz called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.

Present:  Chair DuWayne Federwitz, Suprs. Joe McClone-excused, Mary Kay Poehlman, Darrell Handrich, John Penney and Co. Bd. Chr. Dick Koeppen.

Also present:  Roger Holman, Bob Reath, Clyde Tellock, Dean Steingraber, Leighton Trice, Supr. Pat Craig and Mary Robbins

Supr. Federwitz gave the open meeting statement.

Agenda:  Supr. Poehlman moved and Supr. Handrich seconded the motion to approve the agenda. 

Minutes:  Supr. Penney moved and Supr. Handrich seconded the motion to approve the minutes of March 15, 2014.

Updates on 2014-2017 CIP Projects.  There will be some questions on the listed projects that will be presented to the Finance and HR Committee. 

Finance Director Heidi Dombrowski explained assigned and unassigned projects for budgeting purposes and the ten year capital projects plan.  We need to create a policy for borrowing internally on our Debt Service.  GET INFORMATION FROM HEIDI

Motion:  Co. Bd. Chr. Koeppen moved and Supr. Poehlman seconded the motion to approve Finance Director’s recommendations to the full Finance and HR Committee.  The motion carried without a negative vote.

Adjourn:  Supr. Handrich moved and Co. Bd. Chr. Koeppen seconded the motion to adjourn the meeting at 2:30 p.m.  The motion was carried, meeting adjourned.
