EXTENSION EDUCATION COMMITTEE

1. Call meeting to order and Open Meeting Statement by Supervisor Kietzmann 8:30am.
2. Roll call was conducted by Supervisor Kietzmann. Present were: Supervisors Kietzmann, Peterson, Neumann, Handrich (arrived at 8:45am) and Ellis (arrived at 8:55).
Also present were UW-Educators Greg Blonde, Penny Tank, Christi Beilfuss, Sandy Liang, Jessica Beckendorf and Connie Abert.
3. Review and accept Agenda
Motion by Neumann to accept Agenda; Second by Peterson; approved unanimously.
4. Review previous meeting minutes
Motion by Peterson to accept minutes from December 15 meeting; Second by Neumann; approved unanimously.

· Current Program and Outcomes
Reports from all educators were provided

Tank updated the committee about the 4-H platbook process, challenges, and plan for moving forward on a new 2015 platbook. She shared research she gathered from other counties around the state and some selling history of the platbooks. The 4-H platbook is one of two major fundraisers that supports the entire Waupaca County 4-H Leaders’ Association budget for the youth members.

· February SIPR (Self-Initiated Performance Review)
Examples of SIPR were provided. They will begin at 8:30am. We will arrange for lunch. Reviews will last through lunch.

Invitation and Agenda were distributed. Our office will clarify registration with the County Clerk.
10. Next meeting
