1. Called meeting to order and Open Meeting Statement was read by chair, Supervisor Kietzmann at 8:30 am.
2. Roll call - Present were: Supervisors Kietzmann, Ellis, Handrich, Neumann and Peterson.
Also present were: Marty Havlovic, Connie Abert, Penny Tank, Sandy Liang, Christi Beilfuss, Greg Blonde, Tom Schmitz, and Jackie Hoffman

Review and accept Agenda -
Motion by Peterson to accept agenda; Second by Handrich; approved unanimously.
4. Public Input - None
5. New Business
· Community Development (CNRED) position interviews Closed Session Motion to adjourn to closed session pursuant to the exemption in section 19.85(1)(c) Wisconsin Statutes for the sole purpose of interviewing and discussing hiring a Community Development (CNRED) Educator.
Motion to adjourn to CLOSED SESSION made by Peterson; Second by Ellis; Roll Call vote: Peterson aye, Ellis aye, Handrich aye, Neumann aye, Kietzmann aye. Also in attendance at the closed meeting: Marty Havlovic, Connie Abert, Penny Tank, Sandy Liang, Christi Beilfuss, Greg Blonde, Tom Schmitz, and Jackie Hoffman.
· The committee returns to Open Session Roll Call. Motion to reconvene from closed session to OPEN SESSION is made by Peterson; Second by Ellis; Roll Call: Kietzmann aye, Ellis, aye, Neumann aye, Handrich aye, Peterson aye.
6. OPEN SESSION: recommendations for UW-Extension CNRED position in Waupaca County.
Motion by Ellis to have Tom Schmitz offer position to top candidate. If the first candidate of choice refuses offer the position to the second candidate. If both candidates refuse, the recommendation is to repost. Motion is second by Peterson; approved unanimously.
7. Adjourn -Motion by Handrich to adjourn; second by Peterson; approved unanimously.
