7 & 8) Guest Kay Thompson, Community Health Coordinator with Theda Care from Community Health Action Team (AKA Waupaca CHAT) Looking to possibly partner for community educational piece.
Joyce Boyer to invite speaker on crime prevention programing to Jan/Feb 2015 mtg.
Re: MOU Manawa just hired a District Admin so reviewed and signed MOU from them is expected shortly and JPS to follow up with Iola PD
Draft of Heroin Summit handed out for review
Sept 27th Drug Take Back Day, Statewide.
Oct 8th CHAT Educational Program New London and Waupaca
Marinette Co. 2 ˝ yrs ahead of us in dealing with the heroin crisis. The mtg between Waupaca Co LE and Judges to discuss heroin issues was canceled and looking at being rescheduled. JPS to email Marinette ADA. Chuck Price to connect with Marinette DHHS Dir about attending our Summit on Nov 7th. Does this change the line up for the day?
Connie to do a Save-the Date notice for wide distribution.
