2. Open meeting statement:  This meeting and all other meetings of this committee are open to the Public.  Proper notice has been posted and given to the press, in accordance with Wisconsin Statutes so the citizenry may be aware of the time, place and agenda of this meeting.

3. Roll Call:  Chr. David Johnson, Joyce Boyer, Fred Zaug, Dick Rohan and Jack Spierings

4. Review and approve the agenda – set future committee date and time

5. 2015 Budget Review

6. Parking Lot RFP’s

7. Motion to go into Closed Session pursuant to Wis. State Stats. 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of an employee performance evaluation. Committee may adjourn in Closed Session.
