COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENTS:

The public hearing will be held to gather public input on two amendments to the Waupaca County Comprehensive Plan.  The Waupaca County Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the Waupaca County Board of Supervisors on September 18, 2007.  One of the proposed amendments is to the Comprehensive Plan Preferred Land Use Map within the Town of Matteson.  This map amendment is to accommodate Town preferred land use desires and to ensure that the Waupaca County Comprehensive Plan remains consistent with the locally adopted comprehensive plans.  The second amendment is to adopt the Waupaca County Farmland Preservation Plan as Appendix C and to adopt the Inventory and Trends Report as Appendix D.

 
PUBLIC HEARINGS:

George P. & Judith A. Kunnanz:  Located in Sec. 30, Town of Matteson, lying along County Highway I, Fire Number E10046, Waupaca County, Wisconsin; for a Petition for Zoning Map Amendment from an AR (Agriculture Retention) to a RR (Rural Residential) for the creation of two (2) parcels and an additional development right for residential development on approximately 4.998 acres. 

 

Sharel L. Flanagan:  Located in Sec. 2, Town of Little Wolf, lying along County Highway O, Fire Number N6997, Waupaca County, Wisconsin; for an after the fact Conditional Use Permit application for a Commercial Animal Facility (dog breeding) in an AE (Agriculture Enterprise) District on approximately 1 acre. 

 

Tammy A. Bucholtz:  Located in Sec. 29, Town of Helvetia, lying along Netzler Road, Fire Number N7876, Waupaca County, Wisconsin; for a Conditional Use Permit application for the placement of three (3) recreational vehicles intended for temporary living purposes in excess of 30 days in an PVRF (Private Recreation and Forestry) District on approximately 50 acres.

 

David C. & Jon C. Seitz:  Located in Sec. 3, Town of Iola, lying at the end of Forest Road, Waupaca County, Wisconsin; for a Conditional Use Permit application for the placement of a recreational vehicle intended for temporary living purposes in excess of 30 days in an PVRF (Private Recreation and Forestry) District on approximately 39 acres. 

 

John D. & Patricia L. Huebner:  Located in Sec. 36, Town of Farmington, lying along King Road, Fire Number E2223, Waupaca County, Wisconsin; for a Conditional Use Permit application for a Outdoor Institutional (outdoor education and interpretive center) in an SR-20 (Sewered Residential Single-Family) District on approximately 5.85 acres. 

 

REVIEW:   Rose L. Weed, Conditional Use Permit (CP-015-13) in Sec. 9, Town of St. Lawrence for a structure to be used for human habitation that doesn't meet the 22 foot minimum width requirement in an AR (Agriculture Retention) District on approximately 8.75 acres.
