Ø Public Comment
The public hearing will be held to gather public input on an amendment to the Waupaca County Comprehensive Plan. The Waupaca County Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the Waupaca County Board of Supervisors on September 18, 2007. The proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Preferred Land Use Map is within the Town of Helvetia. The map amendment is to accommodate property owner preferred land use desires and to ensure that the Waupaca County Comprehensive Plan remains consistent with the locally adopted comprehensive plans.
Karl J. Driebel: Located in Sec. 4, Town of Helvetia, lying along County Highway G, Fire Number E3598, Waupaca County, Wisconsin; for a Petition for Zoning Map Amendment from a PVRF (Private Recreation and Forestry) District to a RR (Rural Residential) District to accommodate a land division and to be consistent with the current use and the Town’s Comprehensive Plan on approximately 2 acres.
Robert J. & Ann M. Bubb: Located in Sec. 9, Town of Iola, lying along Anderson Road, Fire Number N9214, Waupaca County, Wisconsin; for a Conditional Use Permit application for the placement of two (2) recreational vehicles intended for temporary living purposes in excess of 30 days (campground) in an AWT (Agriculture and Woodland Transition) District on approximately 5.4 acres.
