PUBLIC HEARINGS:

Kermit W. & Delores E. Derozier:  Located in Sec. 15, Town of Matteson, lying along Highway 156, Fire Number E11122, Waupaca County, Wisconsin; to amend the conditions for a Conditional Use Permit application for the replacement of a structure to be used for human habitation that doesn't meet the 22 foot minimum width requirement in an AWT (Agriculture and Woodland Transition) District on approximately 20 acres.  (There will be no on-site inspection)

                                                                                                                       

Faldet Farms Inc.:  Located in Sec. 35, Town of Iola, lying along Highway 49, Fire Number N7649, Waupaca County, Wisconsin; for a Petition for Zoning Map Amendment from an RR (Rural Residential) to an AWT (Agriculture and Woodland Transition) District to accommodate a boundary line adjustment between two adjoining parcels one being in an RR (Rural Residential) District and one being in an AWT (Agriculture and Woodland Transition) District on approximately 5.99 acres.

 

Charles W. & Janice R. Close:  Located in Sec. 36, Town of Farmington, lying along Holmes Road, Fire Number E2438, Waupaca County, Wisconsin; for a Conditional Use Permit application for the replacement of a recreational vehicle intended for temporary living purposes in excess of 30 days in an SR-20 (Sewered Residential Single-Family) District.

 

APPEARANCEScott Konkle, East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission, for Non-Metallic Mining Reclamation Budget Update and Program Review.

 

DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION:

Ø  Ad Hoc Non-Metallic Mining Ordinance Committee review and approval

Ø  Update on Farmland Preservation

Ø  Telecommunication Tower Ordinance/Fee Schedule revisions

 

REVIEW:  Conditional Use Permit (CP-015-10) for Troy Dorschner located in Sec. 2, Caledonia for outdoor storage of motor vehicles.
