Derozier in Sec. 15, Town of Matteson, lying along Highway 156, Fire Number E11122, Waupaca County, Wisconsin; for the replacement of a structure to be used for human habitation that doesn't meet the 22 foot minimum width requirement on approximately 20 acres in an AWT (Agriculture and Woodland Transition) District.
