The first public hearing will be held to gather public input on three amendments to the Waupaca County Comprehensive Plan. The Waupaca County Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the Waupaca County Board of Supervisors on September 18, 2007. The three proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan Preferred Land Use Map are within the Towns of Farmington, Helvetia and Matteson. The map amendments are to accommodate property owner and Town preferred land use desires and to ensure that the Waupaca County Comprehensive Plan remains consistent with the locally adopted comprehensive plans.
Jon E. & Bonnie J. Beyer: Located in Sec. 26, Town of Helvetia, lying along Beyer Road, Fire Number N7963, Waupaca County, Wisconsin; for a Petition for Zoning Map Amendment from an RC-N (Rural Commercial-Neighborhood) District to an AR (Agriculture Retention) District on approximately 33 acres to accommodate a land division and to be consistent with the current farmland use and with the Town’s Comprehensive Plan.
