The public hearing will be held to gather public input on two amendments to the Waupaca County Comprehensive Plan. The Waupaca County Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the Waupaca County Board of Supervisors on September 18, 2007. The two proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan Preferred Land Use Map are within the Towns of Lebanon and Little Wolf. The map amendments are to accommodate property owner preferred land use desires and to ensure that the Waupaca County Comprehensive Plan remains consistent with the locally adopted comprehensive plans.
Helen Petit, % Lunette Pohlman: Located in Sec. 36, Town of Lebanon, lying along County Highway D, Fire Number N5071, Waupaca County, Wisconsin; for a Petition for Zoning Map Amendment from an RC-G (Rural Commercial-General) District to an AWT (Agriculture and Woodland Transition) District to be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and the current use of the property on approximately 20.59 acres.
Jeffrey E. Drath et al: Located in Sec. 5, Town of Little Wolf, lying along White Clover Road, Fire Number N7155, Waupaca County, Wisconsin; for a Petition for Zoning Map Amendment from an AE (Agriculture Enterprise) District to an AR (Agriculture Retention) District to be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and for the construction of a dwelling on approximately 37 acres.
