Richard K. Peterson:  Located in Sec. 19, Town of Royalton, lying along Highway 54, Fire Number E5251, Waupaca County, Wisconsin; for a Conditional Use Permit application for a Telecommunications Tower and Equipment Building in an AWT (Agriculture and Woodland Transition) District on approximately 31.55 acres.
