7. The Administrator to give report to include following:

a. Current census at Lakeview Manor

i. Medicaid

ii. Medicare/Insurance

iii. Private Pay

iv. Family Care

b. Report on outstanding grievances

8. Committee to hear from Melissa Goke, Business Office Manager, regarding Financials and Receipts and Disbursements for December ‘13. 

9. Melissa Drews, Administrator to update committee regarding status of Architect/CBRF plans.

10. Adjourn.
