2. The Lakeview Manor Committee meeting is a public meeting and notice of said meeting has been duly published.

3. Roll call.

4. The Committee to review and accept the agenda as written.

5. The Committee to review minutes of 10/28/13.

6. Public comments

7. The Administrator to give report to include following:

a. Current census at Lakeview Manor

i. Medicaid

ii. Medicare/Insurance

iii. Private Pay

iv. Family Care

b. Report on outstanding grievances

8. Committee to discuss the future of Lakeview Manor.

9. Discuss incentives for employees to continue employment at Lakeview Manor and insure appropriate ratios to provide quality care for our residents.
