1. Chairman Barrington to call meeting to order.

2. The Lakeview Manor Committee meeting is a public meeting and notice of said meeting has been duly published.

3. Roll call.

4. The Committee to review and accept the agenda.

5. The Committee to review minutes of 5/20/13.

6. The Administrator to give report to include following:

a. Current census at Lakeview Manor

i. Medicaid

ii. Medicare/Insurance

iii. Private Pay

iv. Family Care

b. Report on outstanding grievances

7. The Committee to hear from Melissa Goke Business Office Manager regarding May 13^th financials.

8. The Committee to hear from Melissa Goke Business Office Manager regarding May 13^th receipts and disbursements.

9. The Committee to hear from Melissa Goke regarding patronage accounts and decide if the Committee wishes to close the accounts.

10. The Committee to hear from Melissa Drews regarding Financial Feasibility Study for Assisted Living prepared by WIPFLI.

11. Motion to go into Closed Session, per Wis. State Stats. 19.85 (1)(e) Investment of Public Funds Roll call vote.

12. CLOSED SESSION.  The committee will adjourn in closed session.
